Job Summary
Ritual Acupuncture is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our integrative medical center. As a clinical bodyworker in our high-end boutique center, you will tailor rehabilitative massage treatments to each patient's individual needs and clinical goals. The successful candidate will possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, specialize in a variety of modalities, and work collaboratively alongside our acupuncturists and medical assistants to deliver a holistic, concierge-level patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of clinical, deep tissue, and Swedish massage modalities tailored to comprehensive treatment plans.
- Collaborate and cross-refer seamlessly with our in-house acupuncturists to strengthen patient outcomes and support the #RitualJourney.
- Maintain highly accurate, legally defensible medical records in Acubliss, ensuring all SOAP notes are completed within 24 hours of the patient visit.
- Educate clients on the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy, at-home care, and other clinic services.
- Cultivate a therapeutic alliance with patients, communicating effectively to build trust and assist them in meeting long-term wellness goals.
Qualifications
- Hold active California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) Certification in good standing.
- Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, and targeted clinical massage modalities.
- Immaculate professional presentation, high level of ethics, and commitment to maintaining a pristine, medical-grade workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strongly service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a unified team, relying on medical assistants for front-end scheduling and billing support.
Compensation: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
